Help Desk Level 1 - Part Time [654231]

Rooms To Go is currently in search of a full time Helpdesk Analyst with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service! This is a fantastic opportunity to get in with a growth oriented company. The Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing first level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. The Helpdesk Analyst must be able to prioritize, rapidly move from one task to another, and multi-task to satisfy the customer's immediate needs. Coverage includes all Rooms To Go Stores, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Corporate Centers and remote users based both in the US and Puerto Rico markets.

 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
