In this administrative role, you check-in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and encourage retail sales of food and other items available in our clinic.
You may also be asked to help prepare prescriptions or provide home-care instructions to pet owners.
Candidates pursuing a career in veterinary medicine or love working with animals are eagerly encouraged to apply.
Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.
Duties and Responsibilities Check-in animal patients Answer multiple phone line/ return client phone calls Gather and certify pet and owner information Maintain records Schedule appointments Process payments Encourage retail sales Prepare prescriptions and explain instructions Perform other administrative tasks as needed Bilingual is a plus Job Type:
