Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on recreational vehicles (RVs) including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with RVs to identify necessary repairs.
- Conduct inspections to ensure RVs are in compliance with safety standards.
- Install and repair appliances, awnings, slide-outs, and other RV components.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about RV maintenance and repairs.
Skills:
- Experience in HVAC systems for RVs or residential/commercial settings.
- Knowledge of sales techniques for promoting RV services and products.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures related to RV sales and service.
- Proficiency in soldering and other electrical repair techniques.
- Ability to perform tire services, including rotation, balancing, and replacement.
- Automotive repair skills, including engine diagnostics, brake repair, and suspension alignment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various repair tasks.
- Knowledge of transmission systems for RVs or other vehicles.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise in RV maintenance and repair.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of mechanical skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for working with recreational vehicles.
